Setup: Place a resistance band around your waist, anchored behind you. Hold light dumbbells. Action: Explode into a forward lunge as the band pulls you back — fight the resistance to drive forward. Upon landing, immediately jump vertically, then reset. Result: Triple extension of hips, knees, and ankles under opposing resistance. Repeat for 5 reps at max intent.
