Make sure you aren't typing www.10.0.0.1.com or confusing it with 10.0.0.0.1 (which is invalid). It should simply be 10.0.0.1 .
Not all routers use 10.0.0.1. You can find your router’s actual IP address by opening the Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac): 10.0.0.1 admin
