Police Wala Gunda 2 is not a good film. It is not even a “so bad it’s good” film entirely. It is a mediocre film that occasionally has flashes of inspired lunacy. If you are a fan of Pradeep Pandey or the Bhojpuri masala genre that runs on pure adrenaline and illogical plot twists, you will find moments to cheer. The climax, where Shivraj fights the villain on top of a moving train while handcuffed to a donkey, is worth the price of a ticket for its sheer audacity.
