Open the menu (click the gear icon in the top-right corner). Navigate to the General tab.
Hover your mouse over the blocked player’s name. A small "X" or "Unblock" button will appear to the right of their name.

This is the most reliable way to see everyone you have currently blocked and manage them in one place. and log in to your account.
However, if you blocked someone accidentally (or you were the one having a bad day), now you know how to fix it. Open the menu (click the gear icon in the top-right corner)
If you're having trouble finding the player you want to unblock, you can also try searching for their name in the "Friend" or "Recent Players" list.
Scroll through the list of everyone you have ever blocked. Valorant does not have a search bar for the blocked list (annoying, we know), so you may have to look closely. A small "X" or "Unblock" button will appear
