Click where you want the arrow to start, then click where you want it to end. A straight line path will appear.
While still using the Path Tool, click somewhere off to the side of your line to create a third point. Drag this point to create a triangle shape for the arrowhead. (Or, simply draw a separate path for the arrowhead).
: Select the Paths Tool (shortcut B ) from the toolbox. Click once where you want the arrow's tail and a second time where you want the arrowhead.
