Block List Outlook Access

Use the to remove a sender or the + Add button to manually type in a new one. On Outlook Desktop (Classic) Go to the Home tab. Click Junk in the Delete group. Select Junk E-mail Options .

If you are getting bombarded by a specific company using multiple different email addresses (e.g., sales@annoyingcompany.com , support@annoyingcompany.com ), blocking individual emails won't work. You need to block the entire domain.
