Portable Basemap Server Download ((better)) -

MapProxy is an open-source proxy for geospatial data. It acts as a middleman. It can take existing map services (like WMS), "slice" them into tiles, and store them locally. Once cached, it serves them locally at lightning speed.

Open your server software of choice (many people use a simple tool called TileServer GL ). Point it to the folder or .mbtiles file you downloaded in Step 2.

just go to http://192.168.1.105:8080 – TileServer GL provides a web viewer.

Clients use http://your-ip:8080/z/x/y.png portable basemap server download
