Think of your emotions like a river. In a healthy state, emotions flow: you feel them, you process them, and they pass. Sadness eventually turns to acceptance; anger turns to boundary-setting; fear turns to caution.

Releasing an emotional blockage is not about being "happy" all the time. It is about being . It is the ability to feel sadness fully, so that joy can eventually enter. It is the ability to feel anger, so that peace can follow.
