Quality | Tolleranze Iso 2768 Mk Extra
ISO 2768-1 defines four tolerance classes for dimensions without individual callouts: (fine), m (medium), c (coarse), and v (very coarse). Linear Dimensions (Tolerance Class m)
m is ±0.2 mm for dimensions 0.5–3 mm, and ±0.5 mm for dimensions >3 mm. 3. Angular Dimensions (Class m) Tolerances for angles are based on the length of the shorter side of the angle. Length of Short Side Up to 10 >10 to 50 >50 to 120 >120 to 400 >400 Tolerance ±1° ±0°30' ±0°20' ±0°10' ±0°5' 4. Geometrical Tolerances (Class k) These apply to the overall form and position of features. Straightness and Flatness Range of Length Up to 10 >10 to 30 >30 to 100 >100 to 300 >300 to 1000 Tolerance (mm) 0.05 0.1 0.2 0.4 0.6 Perpendicularity The tolerance is based on the longer of the two sides forming the right angle. Range of Length Up to 100 >100 to 300 >300 to 1000 >1000 to 3000 Tolerance (mm) 0.2 0.4 0.6 0.8 Symmetry and Run-out Symmetry: For class tolleranze iso 2768 mk
