The story follows 15-year-old Phillip "Philly" Fillmore (Eric Brown), the son of a wealthy businessman in Phoenix, Arizona. When his father leaves on an extended business trip, Philly is left in the care of the family's beautiful French housekeeper, Nicole Mallow (Sylvia Kristel), and their cynical chauffeur, Lester Lewis (Howard Hesseman).
