The increasing demand for neural network computing has led to the development of specialized hardware architectures, such as Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) and Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). However, these architectures often suffer from limitations in scalability, flexibility, and power consumption. In this paper, we propose APNetV, a novel architecture for efficient and scalable neural network computing. APNetV combines the benefits of ASICs and GPUs, offering high performance, low power consumption, and scalability. Our experimental results demonstrate that APNetV achieves significant improvements in performance and power efficiency compared to state-of-the-art architectures.
