One rainy afternoon, Stue discovered an abandoned lot behind the old library. Vines crept over cracked bricks, and a rusted gate stood ajar. He imagined the space as a sanctuary—a secret garden where anyone could come to relax, reflect, and be themselves. gayboystue

When the city announced its annual Midnight Marathon— a 10K run through the historic district, illuminated only by lanterns and streetlights— Stue saw an opportunity to raise awareness for LGBTQ+ youth homelessness.
