Chaar Sahibzaade Banda Singh Bahadur [better] Instant

Baba Zorawar Singh (9) and Baba Fateh Singh (7) were captured alongside their grandmother, Mata Gujri Ji. After refusing to renounce their faith and convert to Islam, the younger sons were bricked alive by the order of Wazir Khan, the Governor of Sirhind.

The story of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur is not merely a biography; it is the chronicle of a transformation so profound that it altered the geopolitical map of India. It is a narrative that bridges the gap between the martyrdom of the great Gurus and the rise of the Sikh Empire. While the title "Chaar Sahibzaade" historically refers to the four beloved sons of Guru Gobind Singh who attained martyrdom, Banda Singh Bahadur is revered as the spiritual heir to their legacy—the one who avenged their sacrifice and realized their dream of sovereignty. chaar sahibzaade banda singh bahadur

Their unwavering faith and refusal to bow to tyranny remain central to Sikh identity, commemorated annually during the month of Poh (December). It is a narrative that bridges the gap

Banda Singh Bahadur, also known as Banda Singh or simply Banda, was a prominent Sikh warrior and a close associate of Guru Gobind Singh, the 10th Sikh Guru. He played a crucial role in Sikh history, particularly during the period of persecution and struggle against the Mughal Empire.

Born as Banda Singh Bahadur in 1670 or 1671 CE, in the village of Kandi in the Jhelum district of present-day Pakistan, his early life was marked by spiritual and martial training. Banda Singh's birth name was Lachhman Singh, but he later adopted the name Banda Singh Bahadur.

His first target was Samana, the home of the executioners of the younger Sahibzaades, Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh. The fall of Samana was swift and brutal. It sent a shockwave through the Mughal administration—those who had persecuted the innocent were now facing the whirlwind of justice. He proceeded to punish Wazir Khan, the Nawab of Sirhind, the man who had ordered the bricking alive of the younger princes. The Battle of Chappar Chiri in 1710 saw the decimation of the Mughal forces and the death of Wazir Khan.
