Wrapper Offline is an open-source, offline version of the GoAnimate Legacy Player. It is essentially a self-contained server that users can run on their own computers. It tricks the old Adobe Flash-based GoAnimate interface into thinking it is communicating with a live server, allowing users to create animations using the exact assets, themes, and characters that were supposedly deleted years ago.
