CS6 was built for 1080p monitors. On a 4K or 5K display, the toolbar icons become microscopic. You can scale the OS, but the text becomes blurry. It is a painful user experience.
Unless you are paying for a specialized CC for Teams plan, you lose these DICOM capabilities in modern versions.
