Are you installing over or directly onto open studs/OSB sheathing ?
Check that the panel is perfectly plumb using a 4-foot level. Fastening Schedule Drive 8d galvanized ring-shank nails along the panel edges. Space edge nails 6 inches apart on-center.

Nail through the overlapping joint into the underlying stud.

Work from a corner and move across the wall.
Even if it says "primed," it needs paint. Space edge nails 6 inches apart on-center

Installing T1-11 is a weekend-friendly project for a shed or gable wall. For a full two-story house, you might want to call a pro (lifting 4x9 sheets is heavy and awkward).
