Jamf Pro is significantly more expensive than Hexnode. Furthermore, while they have a product called "Jamf Connect" for managing identities, Jamf is primarily an Apple solution. Managing Android or Windows devices requires integrating with other tools (like Intune), making it less ideal for heterogeneous fleets.

Hexnode is not a bad product. Its main crimes are becoming expensive at scale and being shallow in Windows/Linux. If your pain is purely or support response time , test Miradore (freemium, simple) or CubiLock (lightweight, fast) before undertaking a full migration.
