In this paper, we propose BRIMA, a deep learning-based video analysis framework for smart cities. BRIMA leverages CNNs and RNNs to analyze video data and extract valuable insights. Our framework is designed to handle various video analysis tasks, including object detection, tracking, and classification. We evaluate the performance of BRIMA on several benchmark datasets and demonstrate its effectiveness in real-world applications. The results show that BRIMA outperforms traditional computer vision techniques and machine learning algorithms in various video analysis tasks.
