This is the most obvious cause. You might have blocked an ex, a spammer, or a wrong number in the past and forgotten about it. A rare bug in One UI (Samsung's software)
Enter the number manually and tap the icon, or toggle on Block calls from unknown numbers to reject all private/hidden IDs. From Recent Calls : Navigate to the Recents tab in the Phone app.

Swipe down from the top of the screen twice to open Quick Settings. Look for the Do Not Disturb icon (crescent moon). If it's blue, tap it to turn it off. To set exceptions: Settings → Notifications → Do Not Disturb → Calls → allow calls from "Contacts only" or "Starred contacts."
By default, many Samsung phones block calls from or "No Caller ID" numbers. This is a security feature.
