You might be confusing "NSP" with "NGP" (Next-Gen Patch) . In late 2022, CD Projekt Red released a massive free update for The Witcher 3 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
The "Complete Edition" NSP generally bundles the base game with all official post-launch content:

If Geralt brings a lock of Renfri’s hair (from his witcher keepsake) to the Cradle, Mila recognizes her sister’s sacrifice and rejects the ritual. The Cradle releases the absorbed women — as children, reborn without memory. Sister Magdalen, realizing her daughter wouldn’t want this, destroys herself. Kaelen leaves to hunt actual monsters. Geralt returns to the Path, haunted but lighter.
